These terms govern your use of The Water Club network and services. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Water Club operates a network of pure water refill stations for professional window cleaners across the UK. Access is pre-paid via your account balance. Litres are deducted from your balance when you complete a fill.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Membership is non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service.

3. Payments and Refunds

Top-ups are processed securely via Stripe. Account balances are non-refundable except at our discretion. We do not store your card details on our servers.

4. Station Use

Stations are for professional use only. You must not tamper with, damage, or misuse any station equipment. The Water Club accepts no liability for vehicle or equipment damage arising from station use.

5. Availability

We aim to keep stations available at all times but cannot guarantee uptime. Stations may be taken offline for maintenance without notice. No refund or credit is owed for temporary unavailability.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
