Common questions
Is there a monthly fee?
No. There are no subscription fees or contracts. You pay only for the water you use, deducted from your pre-loaded balance.
How do I top up my balance?
You can top up your balance any time through the website. We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe.
What happens if my balance runs out?
You'll need to top up before filling up. Your dashboard shows your balance at all times so you're never caught short.
Is there a minimum top-up amount?
The minimum top-up is £10. There's no maximum — some members load up £100 or more at a time.
How is water measured?
The station tracks litres dispensed and deducts from your balance when the fill is complete. You always see exactly what was dispensed.
