Sign up and load your balance
Create your account in under two minutes. No contracts, no monthly fees. Once you're in, top up your balance by any amount using a debit or credit card.
Your balance stays in your account until you use it. Top up as little or as much as you like — most members load £20–£50 at a time.
Find your nearest station
Use the station locator in the app or on the website to find the nearest Water Club station to where you're working. Each station shows its live status, so you know it's open before you head over.
The network is growing fast. We're adding stations across the North of England and beyond, with a target of 1,000 stations UK-wide.
Scan the QR code
Every Water Club station has a QR code on the front panel. Open the app, tap “Fill Up”, and point your camera at it. The station is identified instantly.
No messing around with passwords or PINs. One scan and you're in.
Choose litres and confirm
Select how many litres you need — 200L, 400L, 650L, or 1,000L. The app shows the total cost and your remaining balance before you confirm.
Hit confirm and the pump opens automatically. No card, no terminal — it all comes from your pre-loaded balance.
Fill up and go
Keep your van in position while the pump runs. The app tracks litres dispensed in real time and cuts off automatically when you hit your amount.
Your fill history and a receipt for every session is always available in the app — useful for job costing and expenses.
